Sperrzone-Ausser Konkurrenz 12"Klappcover-LP+CD

Monkey of the ADICTS designated Torgau once called "the secret punk capital of Germany". With "Out of Competition" to Torgau punk veteran SPERRZONE reports back impressively.
And the name says it all, singer skein and co go in the 18th year of existence, their own ways - just outside of any competition.
It is not squinting to trends, but here are 4 veterans use all the ingredients that have given them the construct "punk music" in recent years, making the punk as varied:
One naturally sees itself primarily as a German punk band - though less painfully "Schlachtrufe BRD" but rather in good 80s (GOLDEN LEMONS up RAZZIA) tradition. It makes use of for the beloved Oi! Music from England (incl. A Germanized "On the Streets again" cover on the LP enclosed by COCKNEY REJECTS CD), pays homage to the revered by the band American street punk from the early 90s (with a spectacular "Bound for Glory" Cover of THOSE UNKNOWN), but still remains SPERRZONE from eastern Germany - and that is also the influence of artists such as tHE ART or FEELING B is and remains the band's trademark. And that's what makes the uniqueness of the band these days, and lyrically is dispensed fortunately from platitudes and silly text block templates as they seem to use the most current German punk bands.
Exclusion zone remains restricted zone. Out of competition.
